Faculty Management Team

HKU Dean of Architecture

Educated in China and the US, Professor Yung Ho CHANG has taught and taken leadership roles at top institutions, including Peking University, Harvard Graduate School of Design, University of Michigan, and MIT. Professionally, he co-founded Atelier Feichang Jianzhu and has gained international recognition for his wide-ranging, interdisciplinary practice, including a UNESCO Prize for the Promotion of the Arts in 2000, and an Award in Architecture from the American Academy of Arts and Letters in 2006. Professor Chang served as a jury member for the globally esteemed Pritzker Architecture Prize. He is also Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and Emeritus Professor at MIT.
