World University Service (Hong Kong Branch) at HKU to organise Public Forum (Press Invitation)

The World University Service Hong Kong Branch (WUSHKUB) at the University of Hong Kong is to organise a public forum on "The Feasibility of the HKSAR Universal Suffrage In The Year 2007" on Thursday, October 9, 2003.
