All wedding photography must be approved and scheduled in advance. Please fill in and submit the Wedding Photography Request Form no less than 14 working days prior to your intended date of photography.

A photography permit will be issued and sent to the requester via email if the request is approved. The permit must be presented if requested by any member of the University security team on the day of filming. The University reserves the right to ask any individuals without a permit to leave the premises.
